How we handle your data

When you send a registration we store the child's name and date of birth, your name, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. The date of birth is needed for exactly one thing — placing the child in the right age group.

We use this data to contact you about lessons and to keep records of attendance and payments. We do not pass it to third parties and do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.

A registration cannot be sent without consent to data processing. That is a condition rather than a formality: without it we have no basis for keeping information about a child.

The site may set Google Ads advertising cookies, but only if you pressed “Accept” in the bar at the top. Until then they are blocked, and if you pressed “Decline” they are never set. They serve one purpose: showing us which advertising brings families to us. We run no behavioural analytics.

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to require its deletion. Write to support@familymathclub.com and we will reply.

This is a draft page for the preview. The final text should be checked by a lawyer — what is described here is what the system actually does, not a complete GDPR statement.
